Booking Your Tour
- Book packaged and available bird tours directly on our Bird Tours page.
- For custom tours, submit a request via our Custom Birding Tour Request Form, and we’ll work with you to design the perfect experience.
- All bookings require payment to secure your spot. Full payment is due to confirm custom tours.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund minus deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Tours canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Transportation
- Guests are responsible for their transportation to, from, and between tour locations.
- Tours typically meet at a central location and caravan to birding sites.
Equipment
- Participants must bring their own birding equipment, such as binoculars, spotting scopes, and field guides.
- Appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear are essential for outdoor activities.
Safety and Conduct
- Hiking is a part of most tours; please assess your physical capabilities before booking.
- Pets are not allowed on any tour.
- All participants must follow the guide’s instructions to ensure safety and preserve wildlife habitats.
Release of Liability
By booking a tour, participants agree to the terms outlined here:
- Montana Bird Tours and Larry Weeks are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during a tour.
- Minors are the full responsibility of their parents or guardians.
- Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and transportation.
- A signed waiver is required for all participants before the tour begins.
- Appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear are essential for outdoor activities.
